About the Director

   Michele Noad MSc AMIRMS




​​Michele has a broad range of experience and skills. She a qualified records manager, she is also an MSP Programme Manager (Practitioner) with a qualification in IT.  Added to this she is an experienced business analyst which enables her to deliver from initiation to benefit realisation.  She is passionate about cultural change and getting alongside people so that change is embedded and understood. 
​Honours and Awards Include:
  • Accredited Membership of the Information and Records Management Society (IRMS)
  • IRMS Digital Information Professional of the Year 2014
  • Nationally endorsed model for delivering compliance and change programmes
  • Nationally endorsed  Functional Classification Scheme which provides the foundation for improved compliance and data integrity
  • IRMS chair for the SharePoint and Office 365 National Practitioners Group
  • IRMS Fellowship Honorarium​​
