Transformation Change Pilot Area Delivery

This will be working with the business to embed the change and take the employees on a journey to for “as is” ways of working to the new environment.  It will include

• High level communication and SRO buy in within each business area
• Introduction innovative presentations
• Workshops with key employees
• Communication of other 0365 products if within scope – such as SWAY, DELVE and Yammer etc.
• Defining and aligning information architecture with LGCS
• Updating retention and disposal schedules and/or creation of information asset register
• Innovative creative drop in sessions and/or roadshows to demonstrate benefits and gain user buy in
• Knowledge transfer to training personnel and/or delivering the training

• Highlight/Progress reports on a weekly basis
