Mobilisation, Technical Solution Design Support and Technical Architecture

• Working with technical team to demonstrate the information architecture for the new SharePoint environment
• Provision of the basic Local Government Classification Scheme, aligned to business which will provide foundation for information architecture
• Model and knowledge transfer for security and permissions
• Provision of options for storage and data repositories
• Knowledge transfer and technical diagrams to support build and solution design
• Supplier access to drives to analyse data (supplier)
• Working with ICT and Information Governance to provide soft policy and guidance on the use of EDRMS and other Office 365 tools such as Yammer and Delve etc.
•  Workshops with technical team, governance and business users to gather functional and technical requirements
• Provision of functional requirements documentation to shape solution
• Communication of solution to service desk, testing and onboarding employees within IT for preparation of release management
• Migration plan and communication of different options for data migration.  Classification of data (consultant)
• Training in data migration and analytics (supplier)
• Technical advice and support on capabilities of products.  Analysis and options paper if required
• Employee engagement and communication materials
