- Data analytics to identify redundant, obsolete and trivial (ROT) within drives (free of charge from Automated Intelligence to be built into business case/report
- Production of Decisions Log, Risk Log and Issues Log for Programme progression
- Highlight/Progress reports on a weekly basis
- Provision of a SWAY presentation to communicate programme to key stakeholders
