  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Benefits mapping and strategic alignment
  • Data analytics to identify redundant, obsolete and trivial (ROT) within drives to be built into business case/report
  • Production of Decisions Log, Risk Log and Issues Log for Programme progression
  • Provision of a SWAY presentation to communicate programme to key stakeholders
